As a smaller, independent HIP provider, we deliver a more personal, flexible approach combined with extensive local knowledge.We deliver the highest quality product and service for a fair price.
We will also soon be providing EPCs for commercial properties
Areas we cover
Based in Walthamstow, we provide coverage of the whole of East London – Waltham Forest, Hackney, Redbridge, Newham and Tower Hamlets as well as Haringey and Enfield in North London. In addition, we can also cover West Essex ( Loughton,Chigwell, Epping ) If you need a HIP or EPC in other areas we may still be able to help.
Our prices
Because we are independent and can cut out the middle man we can provide packs for £249 VAT free** for freehold properties. This price includes all the necessary documents including the Energy Performance Certificate. See Our Prices page for other types of property.

Who carries out the assessment?
The EPC is provided by our fully qualified, experienced and professional Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) who are fully insured and accredited. One of our DEAs will visit your property and collect information which will be used to produce the EPC. For more information on EPCs see EPCs explained.
