We can do it all for you. We appreciate that estate agents are busy enough with the business of selling houses so why not let us do it all for you.

Simply give us the name and address of the vendor and we will then contact them to arrange an appointment to do the EPC, order the searches and send you a form confirming that the HIP has been ordered. This will then allow you to legally begin marketing the property. We provide incentives to Estate Agents who order 10 or more packs. Please contact us for details.

 Alternatively, if you already have a HIP provider that you are satisfied with, let us provide the EPC. In this way you can be sure that your clients will receive consistently professional and friendly service. We are aware that the vendor sees the DEA as an extension of the Estate Agency and while large HIP providers provide an excellent service in all other respects, they have no control over the quality or reliability of the DEA that carries out the inspection. Our DEAs have carried out Energy Assessments on a very wide range of properties - from studio apartments to prestigious Penthouses in London's Docklands.

If you are providing HIPs then we can provide the EPC. As stated above, you can then rely on the quality of service being offered to your clients.
